At Aachho, we strive to ensure you love your ethnic wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn and tagged items. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as effortless as our designs.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and Email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all brand tags, packaging, and invoices intact to qualify for a refund or replacement.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your delivery address within 24 to 48 business hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
